Static Displays

A-10C Thunderbolt II

Brought to you by your local 124th Fighter Wing, Idaho Air National Guard! The A-10 is the first Air Force aircraft specially designed for close air support of ground forces. They are simple, effective and survivable twin-engine jet aircraft that can be used against light maritime attack aircraft and all ground targets, including tanks and other armored vehicles.

F-15E Strike Eagle

The F-15E Strike Eagle is a dual-role fighter designed to perform air-to-air and air-to-ground missions. An array of avionics and electronics systems gives the F-15E the capability to fight at low altitude, day or night and in all weather.

F-15C Eagle

The F-15 Eagle is an all-weather, extremely maneuverable, tactical fighter designed to permit the Air Force to gain and maintain air supremacy over the battlefield.

F-16 Falcon

The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a compact, multi-role fighter aircraft. It is highly maneuverable and has proven itself in air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attack. It provides a relatively low-cost, high-performance weapon system for the United States and allied nations.

UH-60

The UH/HH-60M Black Hawk multi-role helicopter serves as the U.S. Army’s primary front-line, medium-lift, utility helicopter supporting assault, air cavalry, and aeromedical evacuation units.

LUH-72

The LUH-72 Lakota Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) provides a flexible response to Homeland Security requirements such as search and rescue operations, reconnaissance and surveillance, and medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) missions.

Top Gun Experience

DreamBIG wants to put you in the cockpit of the TOPGUN “Maverick” F-18. This is a great photo-op for the whole family! And look around for Maverick and Iceman on the airshow ramp!

Bradley Fighting Vehicle

The Bradley Fighting Vehicle is a totally digital, full-tracked, medium armored vehicle that provides cross-country mobility, mounted firepower, communications, and protection to mechanized infantry when mounted and over-watch support when dismounted.

Abrams Main Battle Tank

Provides the lethality, survivability, and fightability necessary to defeat advanced threats well into the future. The Abrams tank is the Army’s primary ground combat system.

Air Force Performance Lab

The Air Force Performance Lab is an interactive experience full of challenges and self-discovery, all wrapped in innovative technology. Each part of the experience focuses on different skills and interests that correlate to various Air Force careers that participants will learn more about while competing against each other as well as real Airmen.

STEM Expo

The STEM Expo Center is an interactive space for students, teachers and parents to learn how science, technology, engineering and math concepts are connected to everyday life. The center will be filled with hands-on exhibits designed to inspire students to pursue STEM careers. The STEM Expo Center is coordinated by the STARBASE Idaho program with the assistance of the STEM Action Center.
